Your appointment time is reserved for you. Giving advance notice helps Dana offer that time to another client.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours’ notice.
Please give at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment.
For example, a Friday appointment at 10 AM requires notice by Wednesday at 10 AM. All appointment times are Arizona time.

Your deposit is forfeited
If you miss your appointment or cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you forfeit your $50 booking deposit. There is no additional cancellation fee.
Your booking deposit
Refundable or transferable with notice.
With at least 48 hours’ notice, your $50 deposit can be refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice or miss your appointment.
Future appointments
A new $50 deposit to rebook
After a missed appointment or late cancellation, a new $50 deposit is required to book another appointment. The forfeited deposit cannot be transferred to the new appointment.
